Product overview:

Filament polyester tire is an upgraded product of polyester tire. It is a new type of polyester tire and a new product in the construction industry. It uses high-strength polyester chips as raw materials and enters into special process.

Main features:

It can enhance the compression resistance, tensile strength, thermal stability, wear resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance of polyester tire, so as to increase its service life.

Technical requirements:

For the polyester tire used in asphalt waterproof membrane, the requirements are relatively high. In addition to the requirements of polyester tire itself, the surface of the machine should be even, without concave and convex, and the surface must be neat. For our different grades of polyester tire, the corresponding breaking capacity, width deviation, elongation at break, etc. are different. The chart is shown as follows.

Product testing:

Each batch of products have been tested by impregnation test, bending test and water resistance test. The products of the same type and specification of the same batch number shall be taken as the inspection lot, and the corresponding number of rolls shall be randomly selected from a batch of products according to the provisions of Table 2.

Application fields:

This product is used in various fields, which is widely used in construction and industry.

Packaging and transportation:

1. Use professional wrapping paper for roll packing.

2. Pay attention to keep cool and dry during transportation to avoid rain, sun and fire.

3. In the process of storage, it is fireproof, waterproof, moisture-proof and sunscreen. The general shelf life is one year.
