First layer asphalt tile

The asphalt tiles shall be laid in sequence. Along the gable edge and cornice, the first layer of asphalt tiles shall be relatively flush with the edges of the initial layer of asphalt tiles. The asphalt tiles shall be closely connected together, but there shall be no extrusion between them. The asphalt tiles shall be fixed according to the fixing method mentioned above. The laying of the first layer is the most important. During the laying process, check whether the asphalt tile is aligned with the horizontal line to ensure that this layer is paved very straight. The straight line drawn to align with the side of the first layer of asphalt tile is used to ensure the alignment of the decorative joints.

Second layer asphalt tile

The side of the first asphalt tile of the second layer shall be staggered by half a leaf from the side of the previous layer. Next, the whole asphalt tile shall be laid downward in turn. The bottom edge of the second layer of asphalt tile shall be flush with the top of the decorative joint of the first layer of asphalt tile. matters needing attention

·The correct nail fixing method is very important for the good performance of the roof. In order to ensure the correct fixing of nails during installation, the nails should be driven straight in, and the nail cap should be flush with the tile. The number of nails fixed depends on the type of tile and roof slope. Additional nails are required in areas with roof slope greater than 60 degrees or in windy wind.
