2. Construction without seepage surface

Base surface treatment: the base surface must be fully wet

But there is no water saturation. And it is required to be firm, clean and flat (uneven parts shall be leveled with cement mortar or plugging agent).

Scraping method: (if there is no water seepage after the second layer, the third layer can be omitted)

Proportioning ratio: powder water = 1:0.25-0.35, 1.2kg/m2 for each layer

Total material consumption: 2.4kg/m2 for three layers: 3.6kg/m2

Thickness: (b) two layers: 1.5mm; three layers: 2.2mm

Scope of use: water proofing of pool, basement toilet, bathroom, etc.

Ingredients: Yuyuan slow setting plugging agent should be selected for construction without seepage surface. Mix the material into putty according to the ratio of powder and water 1:0.25-0.35.

Loading:

According to the regulations of "scraping method", the first layer of material on the trowel or scraper shall be used first, and then the coating shall be sprayed wet (but there shall be no water accumulation) after the coating is hardened (manual pressure shall not leave fingerprints); then, the second layer of material shall be applied on the trowel or scraper. When loading, it is necessary to use a little force and make it dense back and forth. At the same time, pay attention to lap joint and master according to the specific project.

Moisturizing maintenance:

After the coating is hardened, moisturizing curing should be carried out immediately to prevent powdering. The first curing should be careful to avoid damaging the coating. Curing for 2-3 days can be done by spraying water, covering wet materials and applying curing fluid.

In particularly wet places. Or in the coating to do a protective layer or paste block. Can save maintenance.

3. Seepage surface construction

Foundation treatment: the base surface must be firm, clean and flat, fully wet to saturation (but no water accumulation. Uneven parts shall be leveled with cement mortar or plugging agent). If water seepage is serious, well water can be drawn at the bottom. Ingredients: quick setting plugging agent should be selected for seepage surface construction. The putty was prepared by mixing powder: water = 1025 ～ o35.

Loading:

According to the regulations of "scraping method", if the water seepage of the base surface is serious, the water diversion hole shall be drilled at the bottom to reduce the pressure. Then, the construction shall be carried out from top to bottom. The specific method is to wipe the base surface with dry rag and quickly apply the first layer of material with a trowel. If there is water leakage, do not tube it until the coating is hardened (hand pressure does not leave fingerprints) and spray wet (but no water); Then, if the second layer of material on the trowel or scraper still seeps, add another layer until there is no leakage, and finally block the diversion hole according to the plugging method. When loading, it is necessary to use a little force to make it dense and pay attention to lap joint. According to the specific project, the material used for each layer is about 1-1.5kg/m2. Baohe maintenance: after the coating is hardened, it should be moisturized immediately to prevent pulverization. During the first curing, care should be taken to avoid damaging the coating. Curing for 2-3 days can be as follows: spray water to cover wet materials, apply curing fluid, etc. The curing can be omitted by making protective layer or sticking block on the coating in the particularly humid place.

4. Water leakage construction

Plugging method: proportion of ingredients: Powder: water = 1:0.25 1:0.3 ~ 0.35

Scope of application: water leakage stoppage.

Loading:

According to the shape of the opening, pinch into a little smaller than the size of the opening, place it for a while (it is better to hold it hard by hand) and then plug it into the water inlet. Then, use a layer of scraping material on a trowel about 10cm outside the opening. Before plugging, waterproof treatment should be done to the parts that may leak. After the coating has a certain hardness, then stop the leakage. Otherwise, water may seep from the surrounding.

Wet curing:

After the coating is hardened, moisturizing curing shall be carried out immediately to prevent powdering. Care shall be taken to avoid damaging the coating for the first time. The curing methods can be as follows: spraying water, covering wet materials, applying curing liquid, etc. In particularly humid places, or on the coating to do a protective layer or paste block, can save maintenance.

Inspection and acceptance method after construction

After construction, all parts of the whole project, especially the weak links, should be carefully inspected, and the causes should be found out and repaired in time. For humid environment, if there is no construction quality problem and there is still water on the coating surface, moisture condensation should be considered. This phenomenon will disappear naturally after drying on site.

Precautions for product storage and use

1. Product storage

The product is vacuum packed in double-layer plastic bags with specifications of 1kg and 5kg. The outer package is packed in cartons with a net weight of 20kg

The material is susceptible to moisture and should be stored in a dry place sealed. The shelf life is one year.

2. Main issues

During the construction under the hot sun in summer, it is necessary to humidify and maintain. In winter, when the temperature is below - 5 ℃, sodium nitrite, which accounts for 1-3% of the weight of powder material, should be added to prevent the waterproof layer from being damaged by rain.
